AskAMuslim is a locally-based Islamic services website that I am passionate about, and I created a SWOT analysis in order to ensure that what may seem like an out of date website stays viable in an online ecosystem in which there are a plethora of different content creators on highly accessible social media platforms offering similar services. I worked with members of my community that have frequented the website in the past in order to get a better understanding of the needs of users in a niche environment.

It only takes a bit of usability testing to see where the website falls short (i.e, out of date news stories, defunct translation settings, and a redundant number of subsections), which then can translate into new opportunities in order to allow the website to shine and adapt!
